Position:
Crew Member - All Shifts We're currently hiring crew members for all shifts. Crew members play an important role in creating a great guest experience by delivering friendly service, preparing quality food and beverages, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment. Whether you're opening the store, supporting busy daytime operations, or helping close at night, every shift plays a key role in our success. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food according to Dunkin' standards Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines Restock inventory and maintain organization in all workstations Work as part of a team to meet shift goals Assist with additional cleaning and operational tasks as needed Requirements Weekend availability is required Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skill Shift Availability Flexible scheduling available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends Part-time and full-time hours offered Shift times may vary based on business needs and availability Ready to Join the Dunkin' Crew?
