Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sandwich Artist, where you'll be the friendly face and culinary creator behind delicious, made-to-order sandwiches and snacks. Duties Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and snacks according to established recipes and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, including proper food handling and safety procedures Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders, upselling menu items, and providing excellent service Manage time effectively to ensure quick turnaround times during busy hours while maintaining quality standards Restock ingredients, condiments, and supplies to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the restaurant environment remains sanitary and inviting Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred; experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive approach Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash transactions, retail math understanding, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Kitchen or café experience is advantageous; experience working in retail or grocery stores is beneficial Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Join us as a Sandwich Artist where your enthusiasm fuels great experiences!
