The Role Lead 1-3 crew members on residential remodeling projects Set the standard for craftsmanship and jobsite cleanliness Communicate clearly with clients and management Keep projects on schedule and on budget Complete daily job status updates Protect company tools, vehicles, and materials What Success Looks Like Jobs stay on schedule Labor hours stay on budget Clients feel informed and confident Tools return to the shop daily Job sites stay clean and organized Problems are addressed early and solved professionally What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential remodeling experience Proven ability to lead people Strong communication skills Organized and forward-thinking Takes ownership and shows up prepared The Waterfront Standard At Waterfront, planning beats reacting.
