A sign-on bonus is available for candidates that are already familiar with Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in baking and food production. You will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality and consistency while adhering to food safety standards. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to our reputation for excellence in catering and restaurant services. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of products. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes to ensure proper texture and flavor. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Follow food safety protocols to ensure all products meet health regulations. Package baked goods for sale or distribution, ensuring presentation is appealing. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items. Assist with inventory management of baking supplies and ingredients. Skills A great, positive attitude, with a focus on constant improvement. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices. Experience in catering or restaurant environments is preferred. Proficiency in culinary techniques related to baking and pastry preparation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Excellent attention to detail with a creative flair for presentation. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
