$15.00•$16.00 per hour About the Role Seva Farms is a small regenerative farm in Dexter, Michigan, looking to add a reliable part-time crew member for the current growing season. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and wants to be part of a small team producing vegetables and flowers for CSA and farmers market. You'll be working directly on the farm helping with daily tasks that keep production moving from field to harvest to market. What You'll Be Doing Day-to-day work changes with the season, but typically includes: Planting and transplanting crops Weeding and bed maintenance Spreading compost and mulch Harvesting vegetables and flowers Washing and packing produce Preparing for CSA pickup and market days Loading and unloading equipment and harvest bins Some days are fast-paced and physically demanding, others are slower and detail-oriented—both are part of the job. About the Farm Seva Farms is a half-acre market farm using regenerative growing methods. We focus on soil health and long-term sustainability through: No-till growing systems Biodynamic practices Korean Natural Farming inputs Compost-based fertility and mulch systems We grow for a weekly CSA and local farmers markets, with production happening in both field space and hoop houses.

Flexible within daytime hours (approx. 8:30 am•7:00 pm window) No evening shifts required

Pay:

$15•16/hour, with potential increases based on performance Work Environment This is an in-person, outdoor position . Work continues in a wide range of weather conditions, including heat and rain.
