Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, including food preparation, order taking, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Your ability to engage with customers and work collaboratively with your team will contribute to our success. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their orders. Operate the Qu POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy environment for guests. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food handling regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or retail is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
