Subway Sandwich Artist/Team Member

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and hardworking full-time team member to join our Subway location. As a Sandwich Artist, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a positive, welcoming experience Accurately take customer orders and prepare sandwiches according to Subway standards Operate the cash register and handle payments responsibly Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times Restock ingredients, supplies, and beverages as needed Keep workstations, dining area, and kitchen dean and organized Follow all company procedures and guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Previous food service or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic math skills for handling transactions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Schedule & Availability Full-time position year-round Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits $15/hour + tips (averages $2-4/hour) Simple IRA with company match av_ailable after 6 months Employee meal and company discounts Paid training available Opportunities for advancement Work Environment Fast-paced restaurant setting Requires standing, bending, and repetitive tasks Interaction with customers and team members throughout shifts
