Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure safe handling and storage of ingredients
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the customer experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Assist with various tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the establishment

Experience:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors Please note that this is a paid position.
