We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. If you have a passion for culinary arts, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have exceptional customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure safe handling and storage of ingredients
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Assist with various tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the establishment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
