• Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in training new employees on company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must be at least sixteen years of age.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
