Deli Associate

In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and prepares our fresh deli sandwiches and salads as well as slicing meat and cheese fresh for the customer. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via OpenTable or other reservation systems food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous restaurant experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred but not needed we are willing to train! Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tickets efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality meets your drive to deliver outstanding service.
