Ice Cream Store Job Summary:

We are looking for friendly and energetic crew members to join our team! You'll create a fun experience for customers while preparing and serving premium ice cream products.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Prepare and serve ice cream, shakes, cakes, and other menu items Mix ice cream on the stone according to customer orders Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions Maintain cleanliness of store, workstations, and equipment Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Weekend and evening availability preferred Team player with willingness to learn No prior experience required (training provided)
