About Us:

We are a high-performance, fast-growing insurance and financial services firm located in the Mendota Heights Village. We protect families across the entire state of Minnesota, and we are looking for our next Elite Sales Producer. We don't care if you have zero insurance experience. We will fully fund your licensing and train you on the mechanics of our industry. What we cannot train is your work ethic, grit, and competitive drive. If you are a former athlete, a high-volume retail closer, or a hungry sales hunter who hates losing more than they love winning, this is your floor.
What You'll Actually Do:
The Hunt:
Drive high-volume outbound activity (75-100 reaches daily via phone, text, and warm leads) to build your pipeline. No passive order-taking here. Build the
Moat:
Consult with local families to design comprehensive, multi-line insurance packages that completely protect their assets, income, and legacy.
Crush Quotas:
Go head-to-head with our monthly performance targets to unlock massive, completely uncapped monthly commission tiers.

Licensing Requirement:
Willingness to obtain your MN Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses (We pay 100% of your materials and exam fees).
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
