As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling payments, preparing beverages, maintaining a clean dining area, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and provide excellent customer service Take customer orders accurately Operate the point-of-sale system Handle cash and credit card transactions Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas Assist with food packaging and order fulfillment Work collaboratively with kitchen staff Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Compensation:
Starting at $17.00 per hour Higher pay available based on experience
Schedule:
