A Day in the Life of a Crew Opener Forget the same droned-out fast-food routine! As a Crew Opener , you'll arrive bright and early (typical shifts include 6:30am-2:00pm, 6:30am-1:00pm, or 6:30am-12:00pm) to kickstart our day the Olé way! Your morning will be filled with: Preparing fresh ingredients from basics like tomatoes and Pico to our signature sauces Setting up food stations and ensuring everything is ready for the day ahead Delivering outstanding Restaurant Customer Service to our morning guests Working alongside fellow team members in a fun, fast-paced environment Learning food prep standards that will benefit your future career This position can be tailored to your schedule, with both full-time (30-40 hours/week) and part-time (15-30 hours/week) opportunities available! What You'll Need Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required - we'll provide all the training you need to master exceptional Restaurant Customer Service skills!
