Shipping Team Member

We are currently looking to add to our Shipping Team. Successful candidates will have a good attendance record, a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and take direction. Our Shipping team employees perform a variety of detail orientated processes that include, but are not limited to, the ability to:

• Must currently have or be able to gain the ability to: process shipments, look up orders, etc.. in Syteline, use Microsoft Outlook, and use Microsoft Excel.
• Accurately pick, prepare and package orders for shipments.
• Unloading shipping containers.
• Repeated lifting of boxes of up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use a Forklift (will train and certify if necessary).
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with shipping carriers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly conduct stand-up work.
• Ability to work overtime or adjust work schedule as needed.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in shipping or warehouse work preferred.

Minimum Starting Pay:

$20.65. Starting pay may vary based on skills and related experience. More Details:

Hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 7:00am to 1:00pm on Friday. Overtime may be required as needed. Minimum starting pay is $20.65 per hour with an increase after completion of a 70-day probationary period. New hires receive pay increases every 6 months, up to 12 months of continued employment.
