Duties & Responsibilities Be a role model for new team members Deliver excellent customer service Prepare sandwiches (meat pulling, veggies, baking bread) Maintain store cleanliness and organization Follow food safety, workplace safety, and equipment safety standards Uphold company culture and handbook policies Qualifications A FREAK about sandwiches Coachable and eager to learn Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and charismatic Ability to memorize the Jimmy John's menu within 30 days and pass the test Working Conditions Fast-paced, moderately loud environment Music plays throughout the day Must safely use slicers, knives, and ovens Physical Requirements Stand for the duration of your shift Lift up to 30 lbs Climb a ladder if needed Schedule Part-Time Position Flexible hours Typical shifts: 11:00 AM
