Crew Member

Earn an average of $16.50 to $21.50+ per hour with tips. This is a year-round position (not seasonal) We are looking for Someone who is available to work majority weekday evenings and weekend days/evenings. A candidate who has an outgoing personality. Must be comfortable working alone on some shifts and able to take initiative. Our Team Members create the CherryBerry Experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality fruits, toppings, and yogurts, and by maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Summary of responsibilities:

Greet customers, clean up after customers and run the register. The Team Member will deliver exceptional customer service with friendliness and respond to customer needs. To follow the CherryBerry operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, running the point of sale, cleaning up after customers, greeting customers, and communicating with customers. To maintain a clean and organized workspace so staff members can locate resources and products as needed. To maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Team Member Job Requirments:

Ability to learn quickly Be able to stand for long periods of time. Communicate with customers. Greet customers. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 40 pounds Show up to work on time and when scheduled. Clean tables and chairs, sweep, wipe down surfaces, restock, etc.
