Team Member

• Primary responsibility is making and serving food during hours of operation.
• Take phone orders and complete tickets in a courteous and timely manner.
• Accept payment from customers for orders and work with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from sale.
• Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, restroom, etc.
• Greet customers when they enter and exit the restaurant. Operate cash register and collect payment from customer.
• Fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Buffalo Wild Wings Go Dress Code.
• Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.

Perform other related duties as required. Must be able to communicate, read and write the English language fluently and clearly. Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50lbs, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday.
