Responsibilities Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with precision. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to sanitation standards for food safety. Assist in food presentation, packaging, and food handling to ensure timely delivery of orders. Support team members with food prep, stocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy work environment to ensure smooth operations. Skills Experience in food preparation and food handling within quick service or fast food restaurants. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic retail math skills are a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred; familiarity with grocery store or retail math is beneficial.
