Job Description

We are looking for team members who are experiences at working in a high-energy, fast paced sweet work environment. We'd like you to come equipped with exceptional customer service abilities, quickness of feet, as well as the ability to adapt and keep moving. We'd love the opportunity to meet with you and see if we can grow together.
  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply. Job Requirements
  • Passionate about hospitality and customer service
  • Positive attitude
  • Willing to perform multiple jobs throughout the day
  • Scooping, mixing, and decorating The Yard shakes and sundaes
  • Standing for extended periods during each shift
  • Lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Sersafe Certified
  • Experience with cash handling. POS experience preferred
  • Follow proper opening and closing routines, including cleaning throughout the day Continuous Functions
  • Standing
  • Repetitive use of hands and arms
  • Grasping
  • Pushing and pulling
  • Lifting Frequent Functions
  • Walking
  • Lifting 10-30 lbs
