What You'll Do As a Crew Member, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest who visits our cafe.

Responsibilities include:

Providing friendly, energetic customer service with Tropical Smoothie's signature "Tropitude" Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently Preparing smoothies and food items according to company standards Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe environment Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities Restocking products and supplies throughout shifts Working as part of a team to maintain speed, quality, and accuracy Supporting fellow team members during busy periods Learning and mastering multiple positions within the cafe What We're Looking For Our best team members are: Reliable and consistently show up on time Positive and professional when interacting with guests and coworkers Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Coachable and willing to learn new skills Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision Interested in personal and professional growth Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than just a temporary job Growth Opportunities We actively promote from within whenever possible.
