Job Summary Want to join our team? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Here at The Zone, we strive to provide the best guest experience for all ages. Position will require the ability to stand for several hours, lifting 10-15 lbs occasionally, excellent communication skills, must multitask during fast paced shifts, show initiative to help keep facility running smoothly, problem solving, and suggesting solutions for better efficiency. Staff members must stay on task while on the clock and have the ability to find items to complete during slow periods. 8-25 hours per week. Part-time position could transition into full-time based on experience and work performance. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to culinary standards. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bussing tables and cleaning dining spaces. Follow all food handling and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Engage with customers to provide information about menu items and specials, enhancing their dining experience. Experience Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic knowledge of retail math is helpful for managing transactions accurately.
