Job Description
Responsibilities include: Welcome all children and families. Provide outstanding care while following area-specific procedures which may include changing and disposing of diapers, leading age-appropriate activities, and relaying any pertinent information to families about their children. Engage in the planning, preparation, and execution of games, activities, and schedules for all age groups. Maintain a safe and clean environment for all children, following area-specific procedures which may include disinfecting toys, putting equipment back in age-specific areas, alerting the manager about broken equipment, and logging cleaning supplies. Observe children's behavior, assess its appropriateness, enforce appropriate safety regulations and emergency procedures; apply appropriate behavior management techniques. Attend all required training and meetings. Comply with safety and emergency procedures. Maintain good attendance and have reliable transportation. Follow all J rules, regulations, and standards. Other duties as assigned.
