This will be discussed at the interview. Position Summary We are seeking hospitality-driven Front of House Team Members to deliver exceptional service to our members and guests. This role may include hosting, serving, bartending, and supporting overall dining room operations. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating memorable experiences. Guest Experience & Service Greet members and guests warmly and professionally. Escort guests to tables and manage reservations. Learn and use member names and preferences. Provide attentive, courteous service throughout the dining experience. Answer menu questions and offer recommendations. Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when needed. Thank guests and invite them to return. Food & Beverage Service Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS system. Time courses appropriately and serve according to standards. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages when assigned. Follow standard recipes and portion controls. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with liquor laws. Present and process checks accurately. Operational Support Set up and stock service stations and/or bar areas. Prepare garnishes, mixes, and necessary service items. Maintain cleanliness of dining room, bar, and service areas. Clear and reset tables efficiently. Complete side work and closing duties. Attend pre-shift meetings and training sessions. Support large parties, events, and banquet functions. Qualifications Friendly, confident communicator who can put guests at ease. Strong multitasker who adapts quickly to changing priorities. Team player who supports coworkers during busy shifts. Basic knowledge of food, wine, and spirits preferred. Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Understanding of responsible alcohol service. POS experience preferred. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Bend, stoop, reach, and move frequently. Work in a fast-paced, sometimes hot or noisy environment.

From $15.00 per hour
