Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their dining experience Prepare food items efficiently following safety and quality standards, including cooking, assembling, and packaging orders Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Focus POS to process transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers or combos Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and restocking supplies to ensure a welcoming environment Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as cashiering, food prep, and customer assistance Requirements Prior experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and dependability is key! Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads 25-50lbs, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members Familiarity with POS systems like Focus POS is advantageous but training will be provided Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for those interested in food preparation roles Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quick, quality service while building valuable skills in the food industry.
