About Gild:

We are a brewery, taphouse and arcade located on Missoula's Hip Strip on South Higgins. We serve tacos and other Mexican street-style bar food, featuring local product and scratch-made tortillas.

Job Description:

Assist in all areas of kitchen operations efficiently and with the customer in mind: Food prep, short order cooking, quality control & plating, kitchen organization, cleaning equipment and washing dishes.

Qualifications:

Restaurant experience not required. However, comfort in a busy service environment is a plus. Reliable, motivated, good communication skills and ability to learn and take direction

Compensation:

starting $19/hour minimum including tips ($15+/hour DOE+ tipshare of $5-7/hour) Automatic raise every 3 months, in addition to any merit-based increases or promotions.
