As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a memorable dining experience. • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment, adhering to our high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and plating.
• Operate a point-of-sale system, including handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to requests, and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Upsell and suggest menu items to enhance customer experiences and increase sales.
• Help to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, including bussing tables and replenishing supplies.
• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations. Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on upselling and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Experience with bussing and maintaining a clean dining area.
