As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will often be the first person a family interacts with. Whether answering questions from a nervous first-time parent, helping a family find the right class, or welcoming students through our doors, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every family. What You'll Do:
Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for current and prospective families Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries Help families select the appropriate program and schedule Assist with registration, account management, and payments Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving support Build positive relationships with students, parents, and teammates Help create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment
What We're Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities A genuine passion for helping children and families Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Growth mindset and willingness to learn No swim experience is required. We provide all necessary training.
