As a Deli/Bakery Clerk, you'll handle everything from fried chicken to 9-layer cakes and everything in between. Preparing, serving, cooking and cleaning, it's all a part of the Carlie C's Bakery/Deli. Duties Use scales and printer, understand tare weight. Use and sharpen meat/cheese slicer. Use chicken fryer, monitor grease. Make meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Understand portion control Monitor food temperature requirements. Operate oven, proof box. Keep sales area full, and rotated. Clean and sanitized area Maintain Carlie C's Uniform Standards Any and all other daily operational duties as directed by Deli/Bakery Manager. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age, friendly and outgoing. Neat and clean in appearance. Must enjoy working with the public. Must be able to follow instructions.
