Job Description
Overview Looking for a motivated individual to join our ever growing team as a Salad Maker, where your hard work and attention to detail will shine! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, delicious salads and accompaniments that delight our customers. The ideal candidtae is willing to learn and grow with us and is looking to stay beyond the Summer. This is a part time year long position, not a summer job. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of salads, garnishes, and cold dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation guidelines Handle food with care, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the salad station Support food service operations by efficiently serving salads to customers or during catering events Maintain proper knife skills for precise vegetable slicing, chopping, and portioning Contribute to kitchen cleanliness by regularly sanitizing work surfaces and storage areas Qualifications Previous experience preferred but not required Experience in food preparation, cooking, or the food industry is highly valued Basic knife skills for efficient vegetable prep and portioning Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy kitchen environment Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
