We are looking for a person who can work in the daytime Monday through Friday. In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that greets guests, prepares delicious food, and ensures smooth operations throughout your shift. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and satisfied. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in food service, retail transactions, and team collaboration while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and quickly. Assist customers with menu selections, upselling products to enhance their experience and increase sales. Handle cash and credit card payments responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas, dining spaces, and workstations by bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and adhering to sanitation guidelines. Support food industry best practices by managing food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service, efficient food delivery, and overall customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and customer service. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Previous experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or retail sales transactions is highly desirable.
