Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Shift Opener / Day Time team member to start each day with enthusiasm and precision. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing the workspace for the day's operations, ensuring all systems are ready, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will set the tone for a productive and positive work environment. Duties Open the facility at the start of each shift, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and fully operational Conduct safety checks on equipment, tools, and workspaces to maintain a secure environment Verify inventory levels and prepare materials needed for the day's tasks Coordinate with team members to communicate daily goals and priorities Assist in setting up workstations, tools, and supplies for efficient workflow Monitor ongoing operations to identify and resolve any issues promptly Maintain accurate records of opening procedures, safety checks, and inventory updates Experience Previous experience in a similar opening or daytime operational role is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and perform routine inspections Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members Energetic attitude with a proactive mindset to start each day productively Basic understanding of safety standards and equipment handling is advantageous Join us as a Shift Opener / Day Time team member and be a key part of creating a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment every morning!
