Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. You will be an integral part of a fast-paced team dedicated to delivering a high-quality dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and drink orders, and process payments efficiently. Prepare and assemble food items according to Burger King's strict quality and hygiene standards. Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and toasters safely and effectively. Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction. Adhere to all food safety regulations, company policies, and procedures. Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and receiving deliveries. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a friendly and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required; willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Commitment to cleanliness and food safety. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
