Duties Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide prompt, friendly service in a fast-paced environment Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and safety are maintained at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and managing food handling procedures Support team members during peak hours by managing cashier duties, food delivery, and basic kitchen tasks Skills Experience in food preparation, quick service & fast food restaurant environments, or retail food industry preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during busy shifts Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive interactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and retail math calculations Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting with flexibility and reliability Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
