Responsibilities Prepare and assemble smoothies and food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Operate POS system to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness by ensuring that all cafe procedures meet health regulations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly without compromising quality Support other team members in various roles such as cashiering, cleaning, or restocking supplies to ensure smooth cafe operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably within quick service or fast-food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to upsell menu items confidently Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with kitchen tasks, such as assisting in food prep is a plus Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Previous restaurant experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Embark on an exciting journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
