Responsibilities Prepare fresh salads, cold appetizers, and ingredients according to established recipes and menu specification Ensure all food is prepared safely, adhering strictly to food safety management protocols and safety standards in production Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and hygiene Use knife skills and slicing techniques efficiently to prepare vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, ensuring compliance with safety standards in the kitchen Support catering events or special meal preparations as needed, ensuring timely and accurate service Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings with a focus on salads or cold dishes Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food handling practices in the food industry Skilled in knife techniques, slicing methods, and meal preparation processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving others Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a real difference!
