Job Summary We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the welcoming face of KPOT, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive. Your passion for hospitality, food service expertise, and ability to create a lively, friendly environment will help us deliver memorable moments for every guest. Duties Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude to create a positive dining experience Manage seating, waitlists, and reservations efficiently Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, specials, and promotions Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest needs and concerns Assist with food running and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and support sales goals Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies during each shift Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently Skills Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Basic math skills for handling payments accurately Willingness to learn menu items, specials, and restaurant procedures Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Join us at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot where your enthusiasm fuels memorable dining experiences!
