In this role, you will craft and serve beverages, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment that celebrates hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using our Square POS systems. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing transactions swiftly and accurately. Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices. Uphold all food safety regulations and alcohol service policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender or in food service roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
