Front of House Team Member

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Counter Person to join our team for year round employment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

We are open Thursday-Sunday 11am-9pm. Thursday

• Monday 11am
• 9pm in the summer

Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
• Assist in the kitchen with food preparation as needed
• Upsell menu items to increase sales
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
• Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-have Skills:
