March 16, 2026 Full-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Woodsville, NH 03785, USA Job Details Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Call Center Associate to support both clinical nutrition services and daily food service operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of patient-focused work, data tracking, and operational support. In this position, you will conduct routine nutritional screenings, gathering information on patients' food and fluid intake, identifying potential nutrition concerns, and helping ensure care plans are accurate and up to date. You'll document findings in medical records, review intake logs, and monitor patient consumption through visual meal rounds. You'll also play an important role in ensuring patients receive appropriate therapeutic diets by supporting and overseeing meal preparation and service. In addition, you'll assist the Food Service Director with day-to-day operations such as food ordering and administrative coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to quality. You'll be part of a team focused on continuously improving service and enhancing the overall patient experience through thoughtful, nutrition-focused care. Key Responsibilities Conduct nutritional screenings and document findings in care plans/MDS Review, track, and document patient food and fluid intake Perform visual meal rounds to monitor consumption and identify concerns Support oversight of therapeutic diet preparation and meal service Assist with operational tasks, including food ordering and coordination Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance service and care If you're someone who values both patient care and operational excellence, this is a meaningful opportunity to make an impact behind the scenes and at the point of service. Qualifications Experience Preferred Experience in food service or nutrition-related roles. Knowledge of therapeutic diets and supplemental feedings. Proficiency in quality management techniques to enhance care and service. Licenses & Certifications Preferred Food Handler Cert
