Job Requirements and Properties Work Onsite Full Time Schedule Full Time Job Description . The Call Center Associate will conduct routine client nutritional screenings, collecting information on food and fluid intake, calculating nutrient levels, and identifying nutrition-related issues. Responsibilities include documenting nutritional data in medical records, reviewing intake records, conducting visual meal rounds, and tracking food consumption. The role also involves supervising the preparation and serving of therapeutic diets and supplemental feedings. Additionally, the Call Center Associate will assist the Food Service Director with daily operations, including food ordering, and other administrative tasks, while continuously working to improve the quality of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nutritional screenings and document in care plans/MDS.
  • Review and document food intake records.
  • Supervise preparation and serving of therapeutic diets.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as food ordering.
  • Continuously improve service using quality management techniques.
