Help end hunger in New Hampshire. The New Hampshire Food Bank is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Nutrition Programs Associate within our Nutrition Department. The Nutrition Programs Associate is responsible for food ordering and data management for approximately 4 satellite kitchens of the SUN Meals Program and assisting with the coordination and planning of these programs as needed. This includes mainly administrative tasks, with some travel involved. The Nutrition Programs serve as a support for other department programs. Responsibilities Coordinate communication with SUN Meals site contacts, staff, drivers, volunteers, and NHFB teams to support effective program operations. Collect and review meal count sheets and temperature logs to ensure compliance with USDA guidelines. Complete weekly food orders for assigned kitchens and email menus to sites. Maintain organized program records and support site monitoring activities and documentation. Provide administrative support for the Cooking Matters program, including data entry, tracking participant gift cards, and preparing and mailing materials. Assist with in-person and virtual Cooking Matters programming as needed. Create content for a monthly program newsletter. Support general administrative tasks that strengthen program operations across NHFB nutrition initiatives.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
