Help wanted for 2026 summer season! Must be able to lift 30 pounds, be able to stand for long periods of time and have a great personality. Part-time in spring and fall and full-time during most of June and all of July and August. Nights and weekends are a must. 18 years and older only at this time! Position is available every year! Responsibilities:

Assist customers in the scoop shop, duties include (but not limited to): scooping ice cream, handling cash, cleaning and maintain excellent customer service.

Role Responsibilities:

Scooper-scoop all menu items, be knowledgeable of all flavors and ingredients (especially allergens and dietary restrictions), accurately handle cash, provide excellent customer service Runner-flip bulks, restock product Specialty "Coner"-make freshly baked waffle cones and dipped waffle/sugar cones Cleaner-wipe down all tables and chairs, sweep and mop, take out trash and cardboard, wipe down counters and dipcases, make sure dishes and equipment are clean and put away Flavor Coach-assist guests by providing them with a menu item or flavor ingredients On Demand-orders are accepted and made correctly, making sure that all items are bagged and labeled correctly Traits preferred: Friendly & upbeat; courteous; honest and reliable; quality and customer-service driven; loves ice cream; knows, understands and lives the Ben & Jerry's Mission Statement.
