Job Description

Evening Puppy Care Technician (8-10 PM) We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Puppy Care Technician for our 8-10 PM evening shift . This role is a hands-on, routine-based position focused on end-of-day care, cleaning, and facility reset for puppies . The right candidate is comfortable with cleaning tasks, following written procedures, and working efficiently to prepare the facility for the next day. This paid position is ideal for someone looking for a short evening shift who enjoys working around dogs and takes pride in leaving a space clean, organized, and ready. Duties Perform evening cleaning of puppy pens, exercise areas, and common spaces Scoop waste, sanitize surfaces, and complete required cleaning tasks per SOPs Refresh water and ensure puppies are settled for the night Assist with safe movement of puppies between pens or areas as needed Conduct visual checks of puppies and report any concerns to management Organize and return cleaning tools and supplies to their designated locations Ensure all areas are clean, orderly, and set for overnight operations Follow all safety, handling, and hygiene procedures exactly as written Qualifications Comfortable working around puppies and dogs of various sizes Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, scrubbing, and standing Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established routines Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during evening hours Prior animal care or kennel experience helpful but not required Willingness to perform cleaning-focused work as a primary responsibility Join a team that values consistency, accountability, and proper care.
