Job Description

Job Description Ensōra is a specialty cafe in Cherry Hill serving premium quality matcha drinks, espresso, taiyaki, soft serve, shaved snow ice, and sandwiches. We're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals with barista experience and a passion for hospitality to help shape our new cafe. Front of House (FOH) As a Front of House team member at Ensōra, you'll be the face of the cafe, welcoming guests and ensuring they enjoy a smooth and memorable experience. You will prepare drinks and desserts, assist customers, and keep the cafe clean and inviting.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers, providing friendly and attentive service Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, matcha drinks, taiyaki, and soft serve ice cream Answer questions, make menu recommendations, handle transactions accurately at the register/POS Maintain a clean and organized environment Assist with washing dishes, trays, and utensils, and support overall cleanliness of the service areas as part of the team. Follow opening and closing routines, assist with restocking, and support teammates when needed
