Responsibilities:

At a minimum, you must be able to: lead a group of children in crafts and games, responsibly supervise children, follow all safety practices and licensing standards, facilitate transitions of children into and out of the center, physically pick up a child, clean and sanitize, prepare and serve meals, exercise good judgement, and have fun! Our goal is to maintain a safe and fun environment where children wish to return again and again!

Skills:

Great customer skills are required and above all

• must enjoy being actively engaged with children!

A love of singing, dancing, sports, face painting, and art preferred, but not required! Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand on your feet for long periods of time! Experience working with children preferred, but not required! We will happily train great candidates who have the desire to work with children! All team members must obtain CPR and Food Handlers Certification within first week of employment. All team members must be able to provide active supervision to a group of infants or children by themself (e.g. set up the environment, position themself and other staff, scan and count children, listen, anticipate children's behavior, engage and redirect, etc.)
