Tabboulee is a quick-service restaurant specializing in gyro and falafel wraps, bowls, and salads. We focus on takeout, dine-in, and delivery orders. We're looking for energetic team members to join us in various roles, from food prep and cleaning to customer service and cooking.

Job Description:

We are hiring for morning/day shifts (9 am-4 pm) and evening/night shifts (4 pm-11 pm). Roles include food prep, dishwashing, cleaning, customer service, and cooking. Everyone is crossed trained to be able to work any position.

Responsibilities:

For All Roles:

Food Prep:

Prepare ingredients (veggies, meats, sauces, toppings, breads), and keep your prep area clean.

Customer Service:

Take orders, handle payments, and ensure customers are satisfied.

Cleaning & Dishwashing:

Wash dishes, sweep, mop, and sanitize the kitchen and dining areas.

Bagging Orders:

Accurately bag orders for takeout and delivery.

Quality & Consistency:

Follow procedures to ensure high-quality results in all tasks.

Teamwork & Communication:

Work well with others and communicate clearly to keep things running smoothly.

Building & Cooking:

Build dishes like pitas, bowls, and salads.

Cooking:

Cook meats, use kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, etc.), and handle knives for cutting and chopping.
