Job Description

SPN Partners is seeking a Full-Time Verizon Team Member for our Verizon FiOS sales team. You'll join a supportive sales team that helps customers get reliable internet that actually works. The Verizon Team Member starts sales conversations, explains fiber benefits, and answers questions about Verizon FiOS. As a Verizon Team Member, you'll be trained to introduce Verizon FiOS services through engaging sales conversations, helping customers discover reliable fiber internet. The Verizon Team Member strengthens their sales approach, assists with account management, and supports team sales targets while developing communication and sales skills. Core Functions of a Verizon Team Member Engage directly with customers to introduce Verizon FiOS internet, TV, and home service solutions in a clear, customer-friendly way. Identify customer connectivity needs and recommend customized Verizon FiOS packages that align with usage, budget, and lifestyle preferences. Present current Verizon FiOS promotions, bundles, and service advantages to drive customer interest and increase conversions. Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process, ensuring accuracy and a seamless onboarding experience. Build rapport through ongoing interactions, reinforcing trust in Verizon FiOS as a reliable fiber-optic provider. Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals by combining product knowledge with strong interpersonal communication. Preferred Skills for a Verizon Team Member Talks up Verizon FiOS as the best way for customers to stream and game without lag. Stays organized on the daily route to find new opportunities for Verizon sales. Double-checks all signup info to make sure every Verizon sale goes through perfectly. Works well with the team to share tips on how to grow FiOS sales. Stays motivated and hungry to learn more and hit daily Verizon sales goals.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
