Back of House Team Member Morning

At Chick-fil-A, Back of House Team Members play a critical role in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This position primarily supports evening and closing operations and requires teamwork, consistency, and pride in doing things the right way. Back of House Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving food that meets Chick-fil-A standards for quality, safety, and speed, while supporting a clean and organized kitchen. Position Type Part-time Opportunity for additional hours based on performance and availability What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Closed on Sundays Flexible evening scheduling Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and development Scholarship opportunities Employee meal discount Voluntary health, dental, and vision insurance options available for eligible team members (employee-paid) Back of House Team Member Responsibilities Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, following Chick-fil-A standards Work across kitchen stations including fries, breading, food prep, and boards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times Stock kitchen inventory as needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures Complete assigned opening or closing duties Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance concerns to leadership Participate in training and stay up to date on process updates Adhere to Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable and consistent attendance Able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to work well independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required Able to stand for extended periods of time Availability on Saturdays strongly preferred Willingness to work evening and closing shifts Additional Information Most Chick-fil-A® restaurants are operated by independent, franchised business owners who make their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
