Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Crew Member to join our team at our frozen yogurt shop. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers in selecting their favorite frozen yogurt flavors, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities include serving frozen yogurt, handling cash and transactions, ensuring food safety standards, restocking supplies, and supporting team members during peak hours. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience are essential.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be reliable and punctual Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks
